SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS
SHIPPING
Shipping times may be longer depending on your delivery location. Typically, we ship the bought products within 48 working hours, and they will be delivered to your doorsteps through courier within 3-8 working days from the shipping date.
We'll always update you on the progress of your order. You will receive an SMS and an email with the shipment information, such as the courier company, docket number, etc., after your order has been dispatched from our end.
The consumer must notify us of any problems with the provided goods within 48 hours after delivery.
If the customer is not available when the product is delivered, our courier partner will make two tries to deliver the package before returning the order to us. Contact our customer service department to reschedule the delivery date and time to suit your schedule.
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled by the customer up to 48 hours after they are placed. After 48 hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
Only store credit will be accepted as a form of refund. Rest assured that the balance will never run out and can be used whenever you want to shop.
Whenever we receive a cancellation request, it takes us up to 5-7 business days to start the refund. You will receive regular updates on the status of your reimbursement.
Express delivery items cannot be canceled since they are processed and sent first.
