RETURN POLICY

IF THE OUTER PACKAGING IS DAMAGED OR ALTERED, WE ADVISE THE CUSTOMER TO CHECK THE QUALITY/QUANTITY OF THE PRODUCT AGAINST THE INVOICE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE PACKAGE FROM THE COURIER AGENCY.

 

Please make a note at the time of receipt if there is any discrepancy.

 

Please contact us at skillrexshinetechnologies@gmail.com if the product is damaged, has a manufacturing flaw, or was received in error.

 

Please keep all packaging materials and product(s) until you receive instructions from us about them.

 

Within 24 hours of getting the merchandise, email us at skillrexshinetechnologies@gmail.com if you have any more issues about the delivered delivery.

 

Prior to getting a confirmation email from WowFashionzs for the return, do not return any product(s). After 24 hours of receiving a product, send an email to skillrexshinetechnologies@gmail.com if you desire to return it. Our customer service staff will give you instructions on how to return the said merchandise once we have verified the damage or manufacturing flaw.

 

Customers are responsible for paying the full cost of shipping when returning defective goods to WowFashionzs, in addition to any shipping fees they may have paid while receiving the goods from WowFashionzs.

 

Any faulty items must be shipped back to WowFashionzs in their original packaging, along with the invoice and a tightly sealed copy of the receipt. Following the instructions provided to you by the customer service team at the time of return confirmation, kindly return your order.

 

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that WowFashionzs receives any damaged goods safely.

 

The customer's returned goods will be examined by WowFashionzs for any flaws or deviations for which the customer has made a complaint, and quick corrective action will be taken if necessary.

 

If examining the goods, invoice, or purchase receipt reveals that the error was caused by the client, WowFashionzs will make the appropriate modifications/alterations at the customer's expense.

 

REFUND

WowFashionzs will only return the money you paid if your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the purchase has been delivered in the color and size that the customer specified when placing the order, WowFashionzs will not provide a refund.

 

In the event that WowFashionzs made a mistake, the product can be returned or the money can only be repaid as store credit. Banks typically take 5-7 business days to execute a refund after we have successfully initiated it.
